Before any part leaves our factory, it passes through a multi-stage inspection process:
- Spectrometer Analysis: Incoming raw materials verified for alloy composition – every batch, no exceptions.
- CMM Dimensional Inspection: Coordinate Measuring Machine checks critical tolerances at +/- 0.01 mm.
- Hardness Testing: Rockwell and Brinell testing on every heat-treated batch.
- Fitment Verification: Random samples tested on actual Bajaj RE and TVS vehicles.
- Surface Finish Check: Roughness measurement, coating thickness, and salt spray corrosion testing.
