1. About Us
Chongqing Xinfumai Metal Supply Chain Co., Ltd. is a factory partner and exporter of Bajaj RE, TVS, and three-wheeler spare parts, based in Chongqing, China. roadsafewarn.com is our official export platform for wholesale and OEM/ODM orders.
2. Orders and Contract Formation
All product listings are invitations to treat, not binding offers.
An order becomes a binding contract only when we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) confirming price, quantity, specifications, and delivery terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion before issuing the PI.
All orders are subject to product availability and our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements.
3. Pricing and Payment
Currency: All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Incoterms: Prices are FOB Chongqing unless otherwise agreed. CIF terms available upon request.
Payment Methods: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) – 30% advance deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment or against copy of Bill of Lading. Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight available for repeat customers. PayPal and Western Union accepted for sample orders and trial shipments under USD 2,000.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed PIs lock in pricing for 15 calendar days.
4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our standard MOQ is 50-100 units per SKU for most spare parts. For high-value items (crankshafts, complete gearboxes), trial orders of 20-30 units may be accepted. We recommend new customers start with a mixed container (multiple SKUs, lower quantities each) to evaluate quality across product categories.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Production Lead Time: 15-30 days for standard parts, depending on order volume and complexity.
Shipping Methods: Sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air freight (for urgent orders).
Transit Times (Sea Freight): West Africa: 15-25 days | South America: 20-35 days | Southeast Asia: 7-14 days | East Africa: 25-35 days.
Risk Transfer: Under FOB terms, risk transfers to the buyer when goods pass the ship’s rail at the port of loading. Under CIF terms, we arrange insurance but risk transfers upon loading.
Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, port congestion, or shipping carrier delays.
6. Quality and Warranty
Warranty Period: 12 months from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects.
Warranty Claim Process: (1) Send clear photos/videos of the defective part with batch number. (2) We investigate within 48 hours. (3) Confirmed manufacturing defects are replaced in your next order or credited.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or use outside specified operating conditions.
Defect Rate: We maintain a defect rate below 0.5% across all product lines.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only for confirmed manufacturing defects within the warranty period.
Return shipping costs for warranty claims are borne by us (replacement shipped with your next order).
Custom-made or OEM-branded products are non-returnable unless defective.
No refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of mind.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, videos, logos) is the property of Chongqing Xinfumai Metal Supply Chain Co., Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
Product images, factory tour videos, and technical documentation may not be reproduced without written permission.
OEM customers retain ownership of their brand logos and designs supplied to us for custom manufacturing.
9. Trademark Disclaimer
Bajaj RE, TVS, and other factory partner names referenced on this website are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Chongqing Xinfumai Metal is an independent aftermarket Parts Exporter and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by these brands. All part numbers and brand references are used for compatibility identification purposes only.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the purchase price of the specific products in question.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic/epidemic, government trade restrictions, port closures, or severe supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Chongqing, China, in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website and placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
